Who would ride a track in the lincolnshire area?

rite guys ive been talking to vince (press office) about a track being built around the grantham/lincoln area in lincolnshire, and with a bit of look we might be able to get hold of some land to design and make a track on.

so who would be interesed in helping and riding the track often?
