10w/40 semi synthetic (putoline, castrol ect)
0.3 litres / 1/2 a pint (i think)
take out the dipstick on the right of your engine when sat on the bike, put the oil through the hole using a funnel

btw to accuretly measure your oil u have to warm up the engine
i'm sure its 0.8, 0.3 seems a bit low.

900ml but start with 800 then topup slowly and keep checking via stick.
Dont be screwing the stick in, just dip in to the bottom (if u get me)
And make sure you have the bike roughly straight/upright (centered)
mine says 0.8 on the side.

mine says 0.8 on the side.
could be, although I would think thats the lower quarter of the stick.
if not sure just start at 700ml
i might of phrased that wrong its on a yellow sticker on the engine casing.
