just bought an oil cooler its got steel braded hoses and take of plate every thing i need but its also got 2 other things that look like bolts wiv connectors for a hose but iv already gotthe hose conectors on the new take off plate any ideas wot they r or are they just spares,also wanted to ask despise as ur bike used to be a shinway road legal how did u fit ur oil cooler cos the ignition seems 2 be in the way or if u move it forward the bak edge of the front bumper is in the way got any ideas or suggestion on whare else i cud put it barin in mind its road legal so has front lite wiv a lot of wire and stuff behind it so cant really mount it where a front number bourd would usally go:banghead: soz guys iv just realised i posted it in tutorials in sted of workshop but fook it im not writin all that again

guess you have spares, im sure your figure it out. as for the oil cooler I cut the ignition holder out and relocated it if you look at pics of my bike. the oil cooler is then put in that place, welded some L brackets on the side of the frame.
the other way you could go about it is to take off the front mud guard then bolt some L brackets aiming up (so you have wheel/fork suspension clearance) then bolt it on. (you can only do this if you have flexible hoses) the issue I have with that (thinking about it) is with the constant moving it could eventually crack or whatever, u know.

cheers despise think i will go for relocating the ignition housing and horn the ignition is in a fiddly place anyways :thumbs:
