if you have a yx150 then a yx160 crank would fit. rebore of cylinder & bigger piston will give you a bit more power too. then you got rockers and race cams, port polish bla bla bla i cod go on.

nothing. just enough sleeve to bore out the cylinder to whatever size you want. if the size is too big you may need to have it re-sleeved. How big can you go? I dont know as you dont want to put too much stress on the crank. I think no bigger than 4-5mm would be fine tho.
maybe themountain can shine more light on this subject/if any corrections

TBH, them engines are a no no.
You try to fit anything on them and they fall apart as your doing it or the engine parts dont go on properly.
My mate "Meredith93" has an engine like that but his is a Physco 250cc. It trerrible
