how do i wire up a light onto my pit bike anything special i need do i need a battery to run it off???

if for the road, add a battery. if not do it without 1.

you want a 5 wire stator (has charging coil) , a regulator and some wires 15A. Then you just need these wiring diagrams > Here (http://pit-source.kicks-ass.net/viewtopic.php?id=123/)
