Orion was sold, had a Gen2, that was sold. My Puma got stolen from my garage, but they left me my minis lol.

Yes, here's the deal.

17, CBT, restricted @ 16bhp

However de-restricted @ 33bhp (which mine is)

Illegal, however the chances of the police having a rolling road is unlikely lol.

All the newest RS' (06/07 +) are restricted as std.

They're not slow, great fun to ride. Always a good first bike to have.

Have to be looked after though, 2 stroke so as the usual maintenance.
Also check when the last rebuild was, even if it's just top end.
