cheers, does any 1 know if i can put wider tyres on it? they've got 70/100 on at the moment ?

that bit thin lol i was runnging a 90/110 on a 12inch kx60 lol got a starcross on now tho :icon_lol: so yes you can run wider but if there 2 wide it can slow the bike down:thumbs:

the skinner the tyer the more grip your going to get as it get though the muk faster an bite to the hard stuff

Not nesessarily because if you have a wider tyre its going to dig up more mud and paddle you along.
Or something like that. :p

aye thats right mate, the the thinner tyres will have less grip! cutting thru mud rather then gripping it. it has 70/100/19-16 on front and back think i'll just go with some fatter tyres 80-90/100 and see how i get on. first time with a bike so i ont really know much..

There will be fuck all friction though, specially on the dirt!
Fatter tyre = better handling and more grip.

Wider tyres are better for cornering, Because you can lean further and get more grip.
