Any of you guys running an aftermarket exhaust on your MK1? If so, what fits this bike? I was given a new DEP "Torque" exhaust to try out, but it doesn't fit....not even close. Bolts right up to my CRF though  . Apparantly Xsport,Thumpstar,CRF..ect, are interchangable.....but not with the MK1.

The stock exhaust is OK, but here's a tip. The inside diameter of the pipe is 25mm, however there is a nasty weld inside the collector (where it bolts to the head). My pipe had less than 15mm of space. Break out the dremel and grind the weld out as much as possible....careful not to go through the pipe, fairly soft metal. ;)

Elliot is trying a couple of pipes at present. He tried the Scorpion and it was no better than the Standard pipe.

Good tip for the weld on standard exhaust, it was the 1st job I did on mine.

My TwoBros Ti pipe from my CRF fits perfect except where it bolts to the subframe...guess I could use a strap type clamp. Think I'm gonna go with a Ti Force, it will bolt up.
