Doubt you need the extra washer TBH,
its probably a case your plates are getting past there best

IMO i'd remove the washers when fitting new plates ;)

As I say though, good to see some trial and error to get a solution :cool:

the plates looked fine, imo pitbike clutches arnt exactly the best anyway. but with my power u can understand a bit:icon_lol::D

ps: although i guess now I can expect excessive clutch plate wear :p at least the thing bloody bites i can, can easy enough wip some more plates in there :p
