Help!!..

:cool:My pitbike keeps back firing with flames, continusly :(
I'm thinking its the exhaust. As my back box fell off and had to pot rivit it.
Anyone think they can help?? :cool::cool:

when was the last time you replaced your plug mate?

i think its something with your jetting, you may need to adjust it

the last time i changed my plug was about 2 weeks ago,
i took the bike to the bike shop and they said it was the CDI unit, but its still back firing but not as much :S :S :cool::cool: no 1 knows that it is..

carb setting. dumping too much fuel in so it coming out the exhaust, the exhaust being hot it just ignites it.

check your valve lash then setup the carb

Umm. okay mate. well ill take it to the shop i got it done at and they can sort it because they said theres no back fire so ill take it to them and tell them

Nope not at all mate..
My back box fell off so i put it back on and sorted it all out. but its just back firing :S

tell them to get your valves setup upto say 4thou intake 6thou exhaust
then get them to setup the carb

hopefully that should cure you
