Down sides...
They leak, They are abit of a bitch to bleed. The 6mm banjo bolt ont he slave cylender rounds really easily.
Ups...
Easier to pull the clutch... and smoother

the reason i want to fit is so i have one less cable to replace rely i see they have some sort of cable end that pulls the clutch arm is this where they leak from? so i would have to change the banjo bolts and washers for quality items what about the master cylnder gasket does that hold its seal?

They leak from a few possible places...
They have a steel rob that comes out the slave cylender that pulls the clutch.
You will find it very hard to find a quality 6mm banjo, Best thing is to get a stainless steel m6 short bolt and cut a 1mm deep groove down one side and use that with copper washers or gaskets.
The master cylenders are ok, they hold the seal but if they leak fromt eh start send it back.
Also, Do not damage the braided hose because you WONT get a hose made up with an 10mm banjo one end and a 6mm banjo the other end unless you order it from china direct.

also it being along side the exhaust, the cable at the clutch casing, doesnt the fluid just boil = makes the clutch weak?

I havnt had none of them problems, I made sure the hose was away from exhuast, and mines a perimeter so comes right over the slave cylender, Havnt had no problems what so ever.

I think its just poor QC that lets the leaky ones get through.

Good ones are good - had a magura one on a quad and it was much better than the cable one.
Bad ones are a liability and waste of money.
