Have A Py90, Same Engine As Pitbike, Dont Know How Tune It, Need More Power, Or Would A Bbr Pitbike Exhaust Fit It,

honda c90 is virtually the same engine, VIRTUALLy, their not identical

depends, cos the py50 is a 2 stroke. so its not the same, but a py90 is a 4T (i think) so it will be prittey much the same. And will tune the same if its a 4T

no they are four strokes but different setup on the carb

Ok, but like i said a 4T will tune the same. Bigger exhaust and bigger carb and jets so you can put more fuel through the engine. A high compression piston, you could stroke the engine a couple of mm so its maby 97cc. and so on.

But basically all you do is put more fuel through the engine to make more power. solong as the engine can hande all the fuel without bogging.

Depends, if you put a bigger jet on, then a hotter burning spark plug, better HT leads then a bigger bore exhaust (any thing over about 24mm internal bore) to get better flow it shouldnt bog. Or if your lucky it might be able to handle a bigger jet without the other mods.
