3rd gear jerks, jumps around

3rd gear is the only gear my bike will jerk around in, any suggestions ppl. Alex

could be if you have been jumping in 3rd the gear is getting crunched what bike do you have as mine did this does it go like a bit then stop then go stop go stop like your running out of petrol but you have a full tank as you may have a gear box on the way out

the clutch plates might be worn, the gearbox has had it dew to hard gear changes, i wear plates down alot but i race supermoto and thats different, check with your local dealer as they always know best
