My Pitbike & 3rd Gear LOL

Hi ppl, well my 3rd gear seems fine when the back wheel is off the floor on a stand but when im riding it jerks around like mad onli in 3rd gear. Any Suggestions ppl, wud be delighted if u had. Thankyou Alex.
