If you can ride a 140cc you've passed your cbt and full bike test.....so why fanny about with a monkey bike.

Or are we talking typical Chav fantasy about riding one on a 50cc plate again:banghead:

So thats why my bike and car insurance is soo high.......chavs on scooters with bored out heads,..... and also oversized engines as well.

And it's not the fact that their engines are illegal that knocks everyone's insurance up. It's that they cannet ride for ****!
