that happened to my stomp 125 my muffler was burning i think :icon_lol:

buy a new exhaust or just leave it to cool down more often if the bike is bering ridden hard thats why :thumbs:

its a new bike m8 i was only running it in maybe i was running it in to hard

did you a plug read?? maybe your engine runs too lean or waaaaaay to fat!!:thumbs:

Red hot exhuasts are due to too lean a mixture.

Their will be a mixture screw on you carb... depending on what sort of carb you have it will be situated diffrent, but its just a wee flathead screw thats in the carb, (Not the 1 with the spring round it that your idle) Screw it in 1/4 turn untill its right :thumbs: Hope this helps more than the useful posts of all the others :roll:
