No its quite easy
1. take the plastics off
2. undo two bolts on the shock
3. adjust shock
4. put back on
5 feel it
6. put plastics back on
job done

rampage 125cc
i was considering getting a rampage but after reading into it they are not very good.
1. you will never get it and if you do it will take agaes(months)
2. it is bad quality(e.g the welding is bad)
3.the company is dodgy! what they do it get lots of people to pre-order them them the buy them in bulk with the money from the pre-orders. so they are never useing any of they money. so they have got nothing to lose.
i will just say that you are paiding for quailty.
how much have you got to spend?
i would get a thumpatar or an xsport personally:)

on they thumpstar rear shock it is adjustable but it also has a valve on it(it looks like the valve on tyres)
can a just put air into the shock using an air compressor or would this brake it?
