depends what engine you fitting it too............if its for a standard 110 cc engine then NO it wont be its way tooo big, youll never be able to set it up to run right.
22mm Carbs are about the biggest you want to fit on a standard or lightly moded bike.

No will be too big just leave the standard carb on and jet it the best you will get out of it.
