How do you attach pictures then??

I can not see an easy way without then being in cyberspace :(

Welcome Mate,
as for the pictures do you have a www.photobucket.com (http://www.photobucket.com/) account?
You can copy the URL and past it into a IMG tag.
Alternatively gold members can upload pictures via attachments.
