Rampage Field Pro Part 2
First Ride
If you have already seen part 1 you will know my views on the looks on the bike, first impressions and just generally what I thought about the bike, now I will tell you what my views are on actually the field pro.
Ive ridden a fair few types of bikes, and a number of pit bikes, but the Field Pro is a different type of bike from all of them, with the larger wheels from the pit bike, but smaller wheels from a MX bike.
After checking over the bike one more time before I went to the area I ride I took a few pictures, here they are.

Handleing / Posistion
The first thing I notcied when riding was the seating posistion, it sinks you into the middle of seat, which seems good and comfy for field riding, but unfortunatly I was riding in a small dense area, so I managed to sit nearer the back of the seat, which makes it good for wheelies, just a twist of the throttle and a tug on the bars and there up.
Handleing was one of the best parts of the bike, the front suspension is great, the rear shock set on standard is great for rough terrain but maybe a bit bouncy for jumps, that can be adjusted though, cornering was smooth, and riding in general was much more comfy it handles the small bumps to the large dips with ease, probably due to the larger wheels too, I can safely say its one of the best handleing *pit bike / field bike* ive ridden. the brakes prooved to very responsive also, but unlike my red 110 if I slammed on the front brake I wouldnt flip over the handlebars, but the back brake is very easy to reach and ive found myself using it more than the front.
Heres some picture, sorry about the quality of these ones.

Another of me getting the front wheel up

And the last wheelie pic, one of me almost vertical
http://img221.imageshack.us/img221/4671/dsc01220001hz3.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
Now i'm defiently not a professioanl rider, but these bikes are so easy to wheelie and to ride over rough terrain, any tom dick and harry could ride one, wheelie one, no problem.
Power / Clutch
Well the engine in general is great, starts first time every time, no flat spots and pulls just as well as any other 125 pit bike engine ive ridden, the gears as with any brand new bike where clunky, but seen wore themselves in and proved to be very good and reliable, be advised to check the clutch BEFORE you ride, as mine wasnt adjusted properly, if I had the clutch held in gear it would still pull away, nothing a bit of adjusting didnt sort out, runs and rides perfectly, the power so far is there and ready, power slides easy to pull off just as well as the power wheelie, first gear has more umph in it then my other pit bikes did, maybe due to the sprocket set up, but to end this part on a simple note, the power is noticeable, its smooth and ive had no problems, the exhaust isnt as loud as the other rampage's I own, which is a nice change.

Conclusion
The Rampage Field Pro is a great field bike, as said in the bikes title, it is a field pro, ive had alot of fun riding this bike, its a change from the 10" pit bikes and to me is a totally different class to the pit bikes, this bike is aimed at people who want general field riding, or long rides and green laning, its comfy to ride for long journeys and will tackle most obsticles in its way.
