where would it get? (desktop pc)

Where would i find myself a desktop pc with vista. Not a ****ty one because i want to run photoshop and flash smoothly, but with nothing with it, like no monitor, keyboard etc? A brand new one though. for around 150-200? I've seen them go for that price before but the ones i can find are just XP.
cheers

/EDIT just realised how stupid that sounds, i didn't mean where to get one but what one to get thats not total ****e.

ive always used aria.co.uk for my pc stuff as they are generaly very good for price and good customer service. they do barebones systems like you want but also if you ring them they used to price up a spec for whatever you want and jst charge you a few quid for building it up for you if you want them to.

You may have to buy a second hand one, the newer ones have Windows 7 installed.

Im on Windows 7 and i've got photoshop and it runs smoothly:confused:

find somewhere that will build you one if you already have a tower they can start with that all you do is tell them your budget and what you want it to do

my local shop hybrid multimedia does it they built on for the mother in law with windows xp and lcd monitor for £250

Is a barebones system ready to boot up and go or do you need to buy vista seperately etc?

And i dont need a monitor, as this is for my room and i can just put into my tv. I'm using a pen tab with it to do my art on photoshop and use flash, so need it running smooth. But got a budget of around 180.

What tab do you use? Just curious, Im running a wacom cintiq and its a :censored: to get it to work on a tv screen - fine on a 21" monitor but not good on a tv/laptop etc.
