bore kit for 125cc
 

hi were can i get a bore kit for a 125cc lifan engine and does it make it 138cc ?? thanks

ive got a lifan 140 bore and piston of dr pepper and he sead it will fit straight onto a lifan 125 botom end im after £25 posted

depends on which bottom end you have....if you have the bottom end where the clutch is attached directly to the crank then the 140 kit wont fit as the little end is too small for the piston.the barrell and head is a straight fit though.so the only way round it is to get a 140 conrod kit pressed onto your 125 crank.you cant replace the 125 crank for a complete 140 crank as it wont fit.the 140 crank is for the gearbox where the clutch is attached via a primary gear.not directly to the crank.:thumbs:

No it won`t fit an 125cc lifan...the barrel is 82mm and the piston got a 15mm pistonpin;)

get your barrel bored out to 56mm and get a HC piston at ooracing:thumbs:
