Re: new cdi still no spark

how do i link them :D

just thought of something, does the amount of oil affect the bike sparking? iv heard some bikes have like a limit switch thing, on the dip stick there is 2 little lines close to each other then there is about 4 XXXX just above them, im guessin not to have the oil level in the 4x's???

Re: new cdi still no spark

the oil has to be on the top line above the xxx's, the bottom one means its low

the oil has to be anywhere inbetween the cross hatchet lines, no higher no lower

Re: new cdi still no spark

i now have my bike started,:banana:

ok excuse my lack of proper wording here but i dont no wot u call this bit, wen u remove the engine cover next to the gear selector there is a little block were the wires go into, well anyway that just needed adjusting and walla, all systems go,

as for the racing CDI, i have heard people say good and bad things about them. i personally think the difference is superb, bike starts first or second kick due to the stronger spark, much more responsive aswell, and it also comes with a little green neon indicator built in which lets u no when u kick it over that you are actually geting power to it, for £14 delivered id say well worth the money, cant go wrong there.

oh yeah and also adds a wee bit of bling to the bike
