oil cooler will be easy to fit, just bolt on. you can get them for about 35 on ebay.

if you dont know what your douing and dont have the right tools an IRK can be hard to fir, and you need to put on a lighter oil slinger aswel.

if you do fit a rotor kit on make sure that if is running a primary (rotor on the same rod as the clutch) you will need a billet clutch basket housing or it will go BANG over time.

best bet would be take your stock flywheel off then get it lathed to shave some weight off it as then it will rev up quicker and you wont be prone to the cost of having a clutch basket explode due to the sheer mass lost of having a inner rotor.

main cause of baskets going bang is having the bike pinned in 3rd and 4th gear hence the revolutions are much more when pinned in these to gears

hope that helps:thumbs:

dan just to let people know that the slingers only will work if the bike is not running the clutch off the crank

1) rotor ---------engine ----------- clutch ( need billet housing or lighten stock flywheel)

2) rotor----------engine------------slinger ( as on this the lighter slinger will be used as to match the lower weight of the rotor mass)

oil cooler goes just infront of the front mudguard theres a bracket thing on the frame that 2 bolts can go through. then the hoses from the oil cooler go in to two nipple things under the engine near where the exhuast goes in to it.
