Hi I’m wanting to make my 125cc 2018 outlaw pitbike into a fully road legal bike I’m getting an enduro kit this Thursday which has everything from lights to horn indicators and much more etc, but I don’t have a certificate of newness I only have a full receipt and a full invoice of proof that the vat was paid! My bike has the engine and vin number on the frame. Does anyone know where I can buy road legal tiers and a exhaust and will that be all the proof I need of receipt and vat thanks
