depends on which bottom end you have....if you have the bottom end where the clutch is attached directly to the crank then the 140 kit wont fit as the little end is too small for the piston.the barrell and head is a straight fit though.so the only way round it is to get a 140 conrod kit pressed onto your 125 crank.you cant replace the 125 crank for a complete 140 crank as it wont fit.the 140 crank is for the gearbox where the clutch is attached via a primary gear.not directly to the crank.
