TDC means piston at the top, nearest the spark plug hole (a small screwdriver helps check)...as does the big T on the flywheel.

Get the T on the flywheel to line up with the line on the cases, refit the cam sprocket so the cam is lined up with the arrow/dot on the head - you may need to turn the cam round which isnt always very easy depending on your valve springs - sometimes I deliberately set it wrong just so I can get the flywheel to turn the cam round to the correct orientation, then undo and set it right.
