Yeah I'd say.

Bigger carb. The stock one is probably what, about 14mm? up it to a 18mm or something.

exhaust (again only if its very small bore and restrictive, it might not be, leave this till last)

dont bother changing or cutting wires on the cdi though. Makes no difference.

As above, a 88cc kit would probably be the best thing for performance.

To be completely fair though mate. If you start with bore kits its starts getting silly money, drop a 110-125cc pit engine in there (probably a straight swap) and a cheap second hand 110 wont set you back more than £75. Just grind the CC off the head.
Cutting wires I have done too many cdi's, these cdi's are resticted, the restriction controls the rrpm. This will make the bike do a extra 5-10 mph.
Please if your not sure or dont know, dont give out bad info and just for the record its a 6 pin. The bike will be road legal so bigger engine is out of the question. I do intend to re-jet or replace card and upgread the head to a 70cc
