pit bike spluttering after changing the airfilter

any chance anyone can help me I have a demon x140 and it wont run I have cleaned the carb stripped and rebuild got fuel air and strong spark and really good compression

Have you put the carb back together correct?? slide in the right way etc,

Yes put it back together took a note of how many turns to take jets out and put them back in the same way I stripped the carb because the bike was not starting so I thought was carb

Have you done valve clearences?

Not yet never been the best at 4t always had 2strokes alot simpler to repair I think are the hard to do is it fool proof lol
