Tuning a Lifan 125cc Engine

What would you recommend to buy to make my pit bike faster? it was a 125cc Lifan engine , would it be best to buy a New Carb, if so which type and so on cheers Loui

1. Big bore kit.
2. Bigger exhaust?
3. Race CDI
4. Rotor kit

theres a number of ways could change the sprockets e.g bigger sprocket if u want more acceleration but lose some top end speed, smaller sprocket slower acceleration but more top end oil cooler etc etc

three out of this four won^t do nada for more power..specially not on a 125cc

if you want to tweak the engine a bit and you are on a bughet ,sand the inlet manifold, get a racing cam or put a 24mm flatslide carb on and dial it in properly

unfortunately the 160 kit won^t fit on a 125 lifan...not without some major wrenching

i wouldnt recomend fitting an IRK unless its a start in gear engine
