think i no whats up with my bike

think ave found whats up with my bike
no spark
checked it out the day so im gona get a new loom and stuff
as ive not been out there for a while white stuff was alll over it not that white stuff tho lol
o and is there ment 2 be a gap between the exhaust and gasket
and does anyone no where i can get a oil cooler hose i just need one as when i bought the bike the factory just tightend it right up and its split

Cant you just clean the original loom then check for continuity? As for the exhaust if you mean the internal gasket it should be tight but you cant see that from outside... As long as exhaust gas doesnt leak your golden. I would imagine any bike shop will hav suitable hose

yea i checked the connections they seem ok only bit i havent checked i down by the stator plate so will do that
as for the exhaust its moves when its disconneted from the sub frame im sure my old bike didnt do this
and the hose yea i will just pop into the garage in town

Hmmm. Guess it depends on how much its moving. Does tightening the bolts down improve it? Either way it should run, then you can see if it is leaking.

give jason at SDF a call he will sort you out with loom and stator , thats what im sayin the problem is tbh and a cdi , also hes the only pit bike spicialts in scotland

yea it moves from side to side and i can twist it round 2 the front forks think there is a seal missing

yea i think your missing a exhaust stud, if you can twist it round sounds like your either missing one or both!
i should be tight and locked in place by the two manifold studs/bolts.

there shud be 2 exhaust studs holding the exhaust to the bike. having the exhaust can disconnected does allow side movement as frames can differ altho it can normally only be moved if the bottom studs are loose, if they are tight and the exhaust is tight to the subframe then dont worry about it.
if the exaust studs are done up tight but theres still movement then you prolly need a new exhaust gasket
