Gear wont engage :(

hi

I have a shineray 125cc and i was riding it all day today then all of a sudden it wont engage into gear

i tried pressing the gear lever into gear then release clutch it just moves freely and wont pull off

the engine starts etc ticks over but its just the gears

i found the engine very hot should i wait till it cools down

clutch plates could have stuck together? have you checked your oil level?

Havent checked oil level but will the clutch plates effect it coz i tried all the gears but none of them will engage

will check oil level tomorrow due to it being too dark now

actually the clutch might no be the problem as you should be able to put it in gear without using the clutch..... im not sure mate im no pit bike wizard, wait for some more imput first

lol it aint pit bike it has a completely differant engine then pit bikes


im not sure coz it wont go into any gear could the teeth be ripped off all the gears ?

wouldnt happen straight away just like that, maybe theres a loose peice of debry or something inside that has got wedged in the gear shifter spline?
