picking parts up from powder coaters tomorrow so should have some progress to show soon as it starts to go back together

just need some cash to buy new tyres (recommendations wanted!!)
hopefully will have the engine back in tomorrow

yeah its a rebuild on the tzr monkey so its ready for the road again this year and attend some monkey bike runs prob ace cafe one first.
that swing arm is a custom handmade one to withstand the power of the tzr
i over engineered it really but there is no way this one will twist
only thing that won't be painted is the engine as i can't be arsed tbh but will get that done if it ever needs a rebuild in the future
i was originally just going to fit new exhaust and seat but you know how these things go so far its ended up having.


new mag wheels + tyres
new rear piggy back shocks
new seat with custom mounting plate
new custom swing arm with roller bearing mounts
taper headstock bearing conversion (a must do imo)
new exhaust
new trailtech vapor digital dash
new low rise black renthal bars
frame blasted and powder coated

not gonna count that lot up better to not know i think

heh thanks for the nice comments ,
its been a long time in the making but latest evolution will be exactly as i want it finally........ well there is always a stage 3 tuned barrel.......
in all honestly i have had loads of fun over the years building it
hopefully once this is finished i can get back on finishing my kitcar
then after that a scratch built MX pit bike of some description

managed to get the engine bolted in today and fitted the handle bars and trial fitted new speedo





think i will make a better bracket for the digital speedo i want it a bit further forward if i have the bar pad on you can't see it at all
All went together smoothly today which is nice and makes a change
edit to add anyone know where to get bar end protectors that fit inside the thicker wall tubed of the renthal bars? ideally plastic ones
