yes and no. you are allowed to ride in the quarry becuause it is private land and the owner allows people to use it. The police occasionally wait for people using the road between the main road, the quarry and the track so just make sure you get off and push.

You carnt push pit bikes any more the police are clamping down on it
i got stoped by police and they was going to take my bike

until my mate pulled up with his van
