Re: Leeds / Reading

First went to leeds 6 years ago, was awesome.

Reading is the place to be nowadays tho.

Cant be arsed to go anymore, there loads of better festivals abroad,

Benscassim (spain)
lowlands (holland)
Sensation (holland)

Nahh, northerners do it right and proper
Only one festival I want to go to on the coninent and that's Bierfest. And Ozfest in the USA.
Never actually heard of the ones you've said, what genres play at them?

Re: Leeds / Reading

yeah i'm going, can't wait. haven't got my ticket yet, just gonna get one on the door seeing as I live in reading anyway.

Went to benicassim two years ago, had a wicked time, shame about the heat out there though, made camping a bit miserable, not to sound like an old man or anything.

Not a great fan of the line up so far at reading, but then i never normally like the headliners. RATM should be good though

Re: Leeds / Reading

Yeah we were thinking to do that. Just turn up go in, sleep in the car and see how the money's doing for the next day. Although if we do have enough we might just buy camping tickets on the door if there's some left

Friday's the best day at Leeds imo; Metallica, Slipknot, Avenged Sevenfold and Pendulum. Gotta go to the smaller tents for the good new bands though.
