mini bikes 101
right, proper newbie question time but i'm stuck...
timing is spot on
valves are spot on
carb is clear and working
spark plug is good with a good spark, fuel is getting to the plug....
so why wont the fecker start?

Not sure if you can do it on a pit bike. But I've seen it in the past, the timing being 180deg out.
I had a similar problem with the TZR engine yonks ago.
Turned out to be a faulty stator.

got her running on the choke but slowly dies when you turn it off.
no carb screw is back to 2 turns out from closed
idle seems ok

yes i've seen that before but timing in cam sprocket and stator both right
