Akuma assasin are known to be VERY VERY low quality, Best thing to do is take everything of that frame/fork/swing arm and get a V5 frame and change everything over.
You will probally get 250-300 in parts if you broke it. I wouldn't have a akuma given to me for free road legal or not. You put your trust in your machine that could seriously harm you and that to me is a death trap
