forks- stomp are better
engine- stomp are better
frame -they are the same frame
exhaust- bulldog have a better exhaust
rear suspension- the one on the stomp is sh*t and the one in the bulldog is adjustable and better
seat- the one on the bulldog is more comfy
so really there aint that much difference
they both have their pros and cons
