i got the semi adjustable one for my old bike and it was so much better than stock, no more riding a pogo stick

nice - decent suspension is a much better £ spent than engine upgrades IMO.

Cheers m8 yeah heard alot of people saying the main benefit will be suspension, wanted to upgrade it for a while tbh just didnt have the money, but glad got one sorted now roll on spring
