my personal motorbike mechanic has 4 large snap on tool box's full to the brim of just snap on and she says no other tool is as good.....


i guess its personal choice and cash balance

i cant understand why people say snap on are the best tools.have these people tried all the other tools?have they all let them down?i dont think so.its a case of follow my leader.one person has a snap on ratchet and all the rest buy one because the 1st person says its the best ratchet on the plannet.

the lady i just said bout has been a motorbike and car mechanic since she left school and has had many various tool makes and gear and she is now around 40 odd and she recommends snap on as top dogs among all types and will never go back to anything different

she now runs her own fireblade store from home and is mot qualified and has around 10 different bikes

yup danny i agree mate all my stuff was snap on and half of it broke coz of rusty ass bolts on beat up vans i use halfords now fuck snap on! i think its the name that draws ppl in lol my halfords stuff has holde'd out i even bout a full socket set off markit for 46 quid no name and its holded up betta then the snap on ok a few snaped sockets ends nuffin majour

i agree snap on are good but theres other brands that are just as good,some better in my opinion.when i worked in bike shops i had mac tools,others had snap on,and i seen a few breakages specially with the allen sockets on swingarm spindles with breaker bars attached.

i personally dont get on with snap on they are too fiddley i bought a no name socket set and i love it i would not change it for anything
