need help pitbike wont start

ok so i got a pit bike and its a semi auto i believe what people thought it was a clutch it was infact a decompresser (i think how do u check lol)
its a four stroke.

so when i got it i started it twice worked fine started fine ok then the throttle cable snapped so i had a custom one made but its a wee bit too big so i have to pull the throttle grip a good bit before it actually is being puled if that makes sense what can i get to fix this my mate said i need a thing that bikes have and it like ajust the tension on the cable my throtlle grip has a place for this but i just need to find the name of it and heres a pic of what i need only a bigger one lol

ok so im trying to fix the electrics on it and i think i have the electric start works fine but for some reason the bike works with or without the key y is this thnx

the pitbike has a ducar engine 125cc

i have fitted it etc and i heard i need to tune it i need help to do this

i took the spark plug out and it was very black so i have ordered a new and i am awating it.

so there lol i havent even got to flipn ride the boke yet all i have got to do is rev it and now its lying in a heap so please guys i need ur help

you didnt need a new spark plug, you just need to fiddle round with the mixture screw to make it leaner.

but it isnt starting at all now when i kick it does like fire if u get me like brum it makes that noise while kicking i havent fiddled with the carb at all apart from putting it on ive ordered the spark plug i dont know guys need help

do you know what semi auto is?
it is where it doesnt need a clutch becuas it has an auotomatic clutch and you just do gears on the gear selector

theres not really much point in asking whats wrong with your bike. its almost impossible the say what the problem is if i dont have the bike in front of you. check for a spark, get the stator tested, new plug, could be alot of things
