How do i get my YX140 race ready for the 15+ race class

Alright all,
i've decided to race the 140 class this year in mbc, does anyone know what i need to do to my engine in order to make it race ready. I've bought a new engine, not jet been ran in, its compulsory to keep the stock piston, barrel, head, valves, however you can change the gearbox, head porting, cam, and ignition. now i want to make a bike that will be reliable enough to get me threw the races while having the speed and power needed also.
What cams and valves do you guys recommend and are titanium retainers needed? ive heard of the z40 but it seems rather cheap? is this the best high performance cam?
What about head porting? gains power but is that at the cost of reliability?
What gearbox options are available and where can they be purchased along with an ignition?
thanks all any help appreciated
