Just get yourself to a garage and buy a bottle of DOT 4. Thats the one you need. Just bog standard Brake Fluid for cars and bikes.

You can top the reservoir up for the rear brake providing it hasnt run completely dry. If you've run it dry it could well have drawn air into the system and will require bleeding.

Have you checked your brake pads though? The fluid could be low because your pads are almost worn out, And the caliper piston(s) is fully extended.

When you change your brake pads, You take the reservoir cap off, And as you push the piston(s) back in the caliper. The fluid will rise back up to the top in the reservoir.

As for the fork oil. You can buy it in most motorbike shops. Depending on what you want to use the bike for.

I changed the oil in my forks last year for some 20 weight oil. But that was fir suoermoto.

When you drain the old oil out. You will need to take the wheel off, And remove one fork leg at a time from the yokes.

Remove the fork leg cap, And stand it upside down in a jug, Or an old container. But you need to be able to measure how much comes out of the fork legs.

When you re-fill with the new oil, Slowly pour it into the fork leg, And put a little extra into each leg before replacing the caps.

Hope this helps.
