myn just fell out but on my other wheels i had to use a flat head screw driver and a hammer and got my dad to hold them but dont propper smack them with that bad temperd of urs weller told me all about it lol and how aggressive u are lol


and when u got them off just put a bit of copper greas on them b4 u put them bk on so its ezier to take off next time

yh i painted my frame and fork i just wanted him to do the wheels cos wheels are hard and i dont want no runns

he is just putting the shinky stuff on now

that it lol yh u cant paint any thing aslong as u have the right primer and stuff ect


yh i use primer i think it was 2 pack primer
