My pitbike won’t start at all

Hi,
I have a ghost 250cc pitbike and it does not start at all. I have tried everything to get it to start but no luck.
The wiring is messed and is missing a few plugs. Which I was hoping someone would help me indentify them.
Their are two hoses which are not connected to anything which might be the fuel filter.
Hopefully someone out their can help me out. Urgently!

A few people on here have had them but if your in a real hurry then ring ghost bikes direct on 01772 792 600
The spare plugs could be for lighting etc as the engine could be mass produced for various bikes including trail or enduro bikes.
