Re: cant rev with choke off!!! HELP!!!
If you bought the Lifan as an upgrade then are you using your original carb, off your old 110 bike, if so what is it.
The carbs take a bit of fine tuning to run sweetly on the 140's
Your mixture sounds too lean, thats why its bogging as soon as you lift the throttle.

Re: cant rev with choke off!!! HELP!!!
clean the carb out
check for kinks in fuel pipe
sounds like lack of fuel, deffinatly NOT the mixture screw like ade said as that only affects the mixture a tiny ammount, its the jets that have the main affect on the mixture, and a carb wont come pre-jetted that badly.

Dan ok screw the mixture almost in and see how it revs and then tell me the mixture screw has no affect.#
You can stall a bike by adusting the mixture screw.

you shure your not on about the idle
i didnt say no affect, just not much compared to the jets.
and yes it will stall if your idle is already on the limit of stalling that little difference the mixture screw makes will stall it.
But no matter how much the bugger about with the screw it wont affect it enough to make it stall once the bike is warm.
