what do i neeed
i have just got a pit bike and it wont ride with the choke down it has a 26mm carb on it is that the problem do i need to change it to a 22mm carb i need to know asap
the carb is off 140 demon x pitbike is it letting in to much

What bike do you have? Is that the carb you have in the pic? That's a 22mm

i ahve 110 explorer now but the carb is off a 140 evo is the carb letting in to much air it wont ride without the choke off :S

ermmmm have u tried turning the air mixture screw anti-clockwise a few turns dont do it too much though,,,a 1/4 turn at the time is the general rule,,try that b4 u get a new carb

actually i think i just mis-read,,,do u mean when u turn the choke off it dies or when u put the choke on it dies???

its 26mm at the moment on a 110 engine it wont ride with the the choke down it just dies whats the problem

What do you mean "with the choke down" on or off? if the lever is in the down position then the choke is off, up & choke is on.

it wont ride with the choke with is down i think its leeting in to much air
