KTM 85SX Supermoto wheels ?

Hi Guys

Is it possible for you to lace the OEM KTM Hubs into spoked 12 inch wheels ? diameter front 2.15 rear 2.50

Dose anyone know someone who can do this?

it's possible, as long as the hub and rim has the same number of spokes.

You will prob need custom spokes making which wont be cheap.

Why not just bang a set of 12" mags on? it will be cheaper and easier to get spacers make up for the axle or shims if they run 12mm axles. Might need to space the sprocket out, and rear brake might need some thought, but a wheelbuilder will want a fair few hundred off you just for spokes and building - and you wont have a set of offroad wheels to sell to pay for it (which you will if you do it this way)

people do it on cr85's so it can't be that hard

you will need to get some ktm hubs laced into some 12" rims
the ktm hubs use different angle spokes i have recently torn a set down and have a pair of hubs spare i am fitting pitbike hubs into mine
