kawasaki ksr110 bit of help please???

i should be getting my ksr110 today its got a honda engine the engine is all 4 gears down and has no clutch, its had loads of money spent on it genuine yoshimura exhaust tag bars maxxis tyres excel rims carbon body and its an 06plate, are these any good and worth the 1850 im paying for it? the only reason i want it is because i saw it at malorry park and the guy said its for sale iv gotta have it it jus looks amazing i think...any idea exactly what honda engine it could be as i want to make it faster??

snap it up mate, for that price if you dont like it, you could sell it for more on ebay, honda engines are rather reliable, infact G.Y.M (jim) is planning a trip on one as for making it faster, a simple bit oh head work etc... would do the trick

thanks alot for that mate, iv just given the guy a ring hes dropping it off in 20minutes:| i cannot wait now, hes going to take 1700 for it and im going to pay 400 for insurance, anyone got any cheap places to insure these bikes?

you could try a comarisson website, bus as there imports you might have to use rampdale which is quite expensive

I'd be a bit wary of the honda engine?

The big plus on these bikes is that they have the kawasaki engine with the sealed filter etc etc - Looking at mine I dunno how you would even fit a honda engine in one without lots of welding - just seems weird to replace the better ksr/klx engine with a honda one?

Carolnash were quoting me about 180 quid 3rd party on a stock ksr.

i dont see the point of someone fitting a honda engine to kwak frame..id rather the kwak engine as there just reliable being japanese
