id my pitbike

hi
iv treated myself to a pitbike but the owner didnt have a clue as to what it was other than it is a 125 (not confident that is accurate). it has thump* on the right side cam cover, can anyone tell me what it is?

i have cam timing issues as the flywheel woodruff key broke and now i cant get it running, it was running after i reset cam timing but now it sounds all wrong!
